We collect, retain, and use information about our customers only when the Bank reasonably believes that it will help us administer our business, offer products and other opportunities to our customers. We believe that responsible use of information provides customer benefits by allowing us to better understand our customer’s needs thus improving products and customer service.
III. Maintenance of Accurate Information
We have implemented procedures to maintain accurate, current and complete customer’s financial information in accordance with commercial standards. We will also maintain procedures to respond to customer’s requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

We have security procedures in place to restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers to those employees with a business reason to know such information. MetroBank has business relationships with vendors or service companies to perform specific services for the Bank. If information is shared with nonaffiliated third parties, MetroBank will contractually obligate the third party to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use the information for only the purpose(s) stated in the contract.
We do not provide account numbers to nonaffiliated companies for marketing purposes.
